Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1036 north rd, Bentleigh East VIC 3165, Australia You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

We do not offer returns on personalised Teddies,unless they are actually faulty. Please note that due to the nature of the different pre-loved fabrics used to create your teddy the final item may not look exactly like the example pictures. Each teddy is different and have their own personality.

Teddies from our “Ready Made” range without personalisation can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will offer an exchange or refund minus the cost of delivery and advise that you return the goods with signature required. 

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please get in touch straight away to discuss. 

 

Wrong item received

We sincerely apologize for the mistake. Please contact us within 30 days of your posted delivery date.

 

Cancellations & change of address

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. We are unable to change the shipping address once it has been shipped. Orders canceled before they have been processed will receive a full refund in the form of store credit.
